GlideFit - Floating Fitness Classes

GlideFit is a brand new addition to our aerobic class lineup that utilizes the natural instability of a paddle board to activate your core muscles and train your body in a way that improves balance and stability.


Don't let these boards scare you! While there is an added challenge of balance thrown into your workout, most participants find that their bodies acclimate very quickly to the change. We also have classes geared towards every comfort level.


For those of you who embrace a challenging workout and aren't afraid to test your balancing abilities, we have you covered! "CardioWave Level II" incorporates far more standing movements and at a much faster pace. 


For anyone who would like to ease into the world of floating fitness, then Yoga or CardioWave Level I will be where you should start.
