The Phillips Area Aquatic Foundation (PAAF) is a non-profit, tax-exempt entity helping to support the programs of the pool.

PAAF aims to enhance water safety, community health, and youth development; and ensures a quality facility to benefit the entire community.  The Foundation donates thousands of dollars each year so that students of the School District of Phillips can participate in physical education classes at the pool.  They also provide the pool with much of our program equipment, aid with facility updates, and offer scholarships to community members.
